For your username, you may use either of the following values:

	FirstName LastName/PMA/PMAGroup
	FirstName LastName
	ShortName (where Shortname is your PMA Userid)

For your password, remember that your Internet password may or may not be the
same as your Notes ID (the password you enter when using the Notes client).
To change your Internet password, or if you have forgotten your Internet password,
